Diocese of Madison Bishop Donald J. Hying and Auxiliary Bishop Jeffrey R. Haines of the Archdiocese of Milwaukee will join workers representing farming, law enforcement, teaching, and the legal profession on the West Steps of the State Capitol. The celebration recognizes the dignity of working men and women in Wisconsin. If bad weather is pending, the celebration will be moved to the Assembly Parlor, where a reception will be held afterward.
