The Prayer Shawl Ministry is dedicated to creating handmade shawls and blankets for those in need of comfort and support. Volunteers knit or crochet shawls for recipients, who may be experiencing illness, loss, or other life challenges. Each shawl serves as a tangible reminder of God's presence and care, providing warmth and solace. Additionally, baby blankets are gifted to newly baptized babies and shawls to their mothers, symbolizing the church's embrace and blessing. The ministry fosters community among crafters and extends the church's outreach by sharing these comforting gifts with individuals and families in need. There are two meetings on the last Monday of the month, from 1:00 – 3:00 p.m. and from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m.
